The Sharma family's connection with craftsmanship has its roots in an older way of life—one connected to both farming and carpentry. Shiv Kumar Sharma grew up around this environment, where working with one's hands, understanding materials and taking pride in practical work were simply part of life.
His late father, Shri Ganga Ram Sharma, was also involved in carpentry work and business. From that family environment, Shiv Kumar Sharma developed his own relationship with the craft, eventually taking it far beyond where it had begun.

THE CRAFT BEGINS
Where family heritage met practical work, and Shiv Kumar Sharma developed the foundation of his craft.
In Bihar, Shiv Kumar Sharma grew up around an environment where hard work, farming, and practical craftsmanship existed side by side. His late father, Shri Ganga Ram Sharma, was himself involved in carpentry work and business, introducing him to tools, measurements, and material handling from an early age.
What began as being exposed to practical family work gradually became his own deep personal relationship with craftsmanship. He learned through practice—understanding structural materials, taking precise measurements, making mistakes, correcting them, and developing the patience and discipline that good craftsmanship demands.
There was no shortcut to mastering the craft. It came from spending time on the work, observing experienced craftsmen, and taking full responsibility for what was being built. But learning the basics was only the beginning. His desire to expand his skills eventually took him from Bihar to Kolkata.

In Kolkata, Shiv Kumar Sharma spent several years continuing to develop his skills across diverse projects and site conditions. Those years taught him that craftsmanship cannot be learned from a book—it develops through continuous practice, patience, observation, and responsibility.
Every project brought a new challenge. Every mistake became a lesson. Every assignment gave him another opportunity to refine his technique and material understanding.
Eventually, the search for broader opportunities brought him to Bengaluru, where his journey began to take a new and larger shape.

Arriving in Bengaluru opened a new phase in his career. Carpentry was no longer just about individual pieces of furniture—it became part of larger interior assignments, site contracting, and full-project execution.
Over years of working across Bengaluru homes and commercial spaces, he moved from executing individual joinery items to managing teams, coordinating multiple trades, sourcing materials responsibly, and ensuring that every detail matched client expectations.
At peak execution periods, he managed teams of 25+ skilled craftsmen across simultaneous projects, earning a reputation for reliability, structural precision, and calm problem-solving on site.

Having gained deep hands-on exposure to site execution, client consultations, and 3D visualization, Nitish is streamlining studio operations with digital BOQs, photorealistic 3D room visualizers, and structured project updates.
Nitish is not replacing what his father built—he is building upon it, ensuring that every client enjoys both old-school site quality and a smooth modern experience.
